Hi there, this is my third tank. Moved up from a 15 gallon, to a partially planted 29, and just picked up this 55 that I've got up and running. Working on adding some new plants to it and try my hand at a little aquascaping.

your tank is very clean. I love the black substrate. My friend has a 55g long too. I only have the hex boooo lol.

Thanks guys, I'm just getting started with this tank, but compared to the little 29 I had this is way better looking and I just can't stop staring at it. It looks way better like this than it did with it's previous owner.

Hate to break it to you, but that bamboo will eventually die and rot in the tank If you want to keep it live, you'll have to get the leaves above the water
