can these go into my 55 with american cichlids ( firemouths, blood parrot and sevrum?

or my other tank being set up ( 20 gallon ) which will be fancy guppies ??

the reason I ask is I found them at a great price!!! and free shipping :)

yes. quarantine them first.

ok, so corys can go in with these agressive fish? ( firemouths, blood parrot and sevrum?

How about endlers and snails and red cherry shrimp?

I think they'd be better off with the guppies but they should be fine in the other tank as well. Depends on the temperment of said American cichlids.

thank you! now to find some close to me that do not cost a million dollars! my local store does not carry anything much any more, and will not special order. I will have to go to missoula, 110 miles away. I sure hope they carry them at petsmart!

My fish are not to bad, the fire mouths are just nippy with each other right now, the 2 small males want the female, she wants neither one
I will get about 6 so they can be friends and play together.

If you want cories try corysrus.com. They have dozens of species.

the cories might be harassed by the firmouths, or possibly eaten by the severums once they reach adult size. I'd keep them with the small livebearers, and as someone said earlier, don't forget to quarantine.

yeah, your right. I would hate to have them eaten. or harassed. so I will put them in my gentle tank :) ( when the fire mouth gets a new home soon.
