new cichlids

I would, I am sorry there so pretty but there not good tank mates when together. you could throw in like six and get a mated pair,then take back what do not mate. then you have 2 for your tank and lots of babies :) but then you wil have lots of babies to seel. or give. I know you love fire mouths, but odd numbers do not work out, I had 4 they all fought. only 1 turned out ot be female and they all fight like mad. I got rid of one and am putting 3 in the paper tomorrow!
 
could i put some distractor fish in there like barbs
 
ok so i heard that if i put a hole bunch of PVC pipe in there then the small one will have more places to hide and eventualy they will get along, what do you think

I wouldn't raise my hopes that they will get along eventually though providing more hiding places is always a good idea for the fish bullied.
 
i need more than one comment to help me out
 
so should i fill up with morer slate and drift wood
 
the small one has some pretty beat up fines, will they grow back and how long
 
sould i put some odesa barbs to distract them
