Don't forget about the warmer temperatures sneaking up if you don't have air conditioning. Turn your tank lights off while you are at work during the heat of the day. Monitor your tank temp. If you don't trust your aquarium heater..unplug it.

I'm so glad I don't use heaters so I don't have to complain or experience about defective heaters. I do have a spare here but only for emergency purposes.

It was actually the room temp overtaking a smaller tank. The heater thing was an added reminder.
Luckily it wasn't the tank in my avatar and I didn't lose all the fish in the tank.
I guess I should have moved into a place with a heat pump.

im not to worried...we barley stayed over 32ºF today and we're ½ of the way through May.
