You also missed one other thing in the rules. They can turn someone the 1st night. We'd still lose an innocent.

Bkw is the option on night 1 an either/or option? Do they get to invest or turn or hit or do they get a turn and hit/invest? I'm assuming its 1 of the 3 only.

the turn takes place of the ht....so its either turn someone or investigate.

Well, despite claims of randomness and foolishness, it is all we have to go on. If everyone votes no one, it is really like just having a super extended day one.

Until people commit, we can't find the hints needed later.

Even more so in a 20 person player game with undefined definitions of innocent to evil ratios.

Don't forget some non-innocent good guys.

Best way to tell is by the times they post. I was amazed that my posting times under alias didn't give me away actually.
