Mafia 34-Time Crisis(the Play)

HN, something that's been bothering me about your play this game is the willingness to 'off' yourself to prove your innocence. Last night you claimed that you were willing to UD to allow the town to focus its efforts elsewhere...
As this is really such an anti-town move, and I can't believe that a good player (such as yourself) could actually believe the plan would benefit the town, I decided to do a little digging through past games...
In Mafia 14, Charlie was innocent but was getting a lot of heat as being scum, and to avoid being a distraction he proposed UDing just to let the town focus it's energy on finding real scum...
You know what? You agreed with other people that Chas UDing couldn't possibly help the town. BTW, you were a townie in that game...
What changed for you between Mafia 14 and Mafia 34 that would make it seem like a good plan for you to UD to supposedly allow the town to focus it's efforts elsewhere?

I am meta gaming a bit here but factoring in the actions of rb and bh I really like Neon Julie as a suspect.

I was certain of G on night one and was willing to go early anyways because of some minimal time constraints. The next night I saw something that made me rethink that and then backed off. No, I won't point out what it was because that could put someone else at risk. I've provided more of a distraction to everyone than I meant to or would like to see in the game. If I have the most votes at the end of the night and can retract to UD with the second highest suspected person then getting lynched, it may be the only helpful thing I can offer this game.
HN, BKW said last night that the UD is last in the order of Nightly events. So even if you UD, you would still be lynched before you UDed.

So if I'm reading this correctly you're now claiming that your Day 1 suicide pact with LG could have caused the town to lose two innocents. Yet you decided to try to enter into a similar pact with JM early on Day 2?
Is there a question? I see the question mark, but you made a statement. Given Z's post and looking back at last night, I won't UD. I'll quietly take my hanging. Sorry to cost y'all a night.
