I have heard rumors that there is an all gold Angel, is this true?? I have seen some of those "Golden" angels but they are only albinos with a little sparkle. Did someone take a "Koi Angel" and get it all orange?? Anyone seen one?? Have pics??

I have never heard this one. The gold angel like Rich311k's shown in some of his thread has a golden tint only on its forehead.

They're probably just double gold marbles, with a lot of pigment. Just keep checking aquabid or ebay, might get lucky.

I have seen some that come close, but haven't ever seen one down the road that retained full pigmentation.

We have Gold Angels that were created by crossing Platinum's, Sunsets and Marbles they look metallic gold depending on the way the light hits them. We are also working on a true 14k gold Angel but we have only been able to get 14k gold on fins this is a very complicated cross that may take 6-7 generations provided we get lucky.Nature does what it wants and if you try to coax it it may backfire and you have to start from scratch.
I will post photos of both tomorrow or Monday if they will stay still long enough for my old *** to snap a pic.
