Hi, I have been trying to breed snails (sorry i am new at this, if I use the wrong terms please let me know) in their own tank with plants and a bunch of other snails

well they have had their own tank for a few weeks now and I found these 2 gel like things, are they eggs?

also if they are they are just above the water line should I raise the water line so they can get water?

thanks!

:iagree: they do look like pond snail eggs and should be kept under water if you want them to hatch.

What types of snails do you havein this tank? I would have to agree that these are pond snail eggs. A word of warning they will overrun your tank if proper care isn't taken to keep their numbers in check:)

I have no clue and neither does Petsmart, that's where i got them, and let me tell you I HOPE THEY OVERRUN MY TANK!! I HAVE 6 PUFFERS SOON TO BE 8 AND THEY WILL LOVE EVERY BITE!
