whoa. these things are awsome. do they have specific needs? and also cna they climb glass???

yeah i was checkin them out on youtube and they where bitin the hell outa peeps. so i probly wont get one but they sure are pretty. i want somthing active and something i can interact with. sallys and newts are cool but i did have much luck with mine.

i may just go with fish.

iv heard skunk geckos could be tame, but ther faster that tokays so i wouldent take one outside..

the most interactive geckos are leopard and crested, in my opinion. my first leo i got from a friend who didnt want them (free). its been about 5 n a half years and shes still kicking. look on craigs list

Tokays make great display lizards but like mentioned they don't like being held. If you want an aboral climbing species that you can interact with, look at cresteds. They're pricy but awesome.

You could always find someone that has viper geckos. They max out at 4.5 inches and breed like crazy. They are amazing. Costly though but if you have a male and some females than you can quickly make back your money.

vipers are pretty neat.

i saw a vid on youtube of some chick with a tame tokay. how is that posssible! she was holdin him and pettin him and he didnt care!

tokays are nasty, but they're pretty cool. i worked in a pet store and some got loose, so we just let the have run of the store. they were great for catching run-away crickets. they also bark when they feel threatened.

Well they normally have a feisty attitude but personalities can be different between individuals. I use to have a breeding pair and I was able to hatch a few eggs from the two. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the babies very long. But if you were to buy a young captive breed baby you could probably get it use to you to the point where it would be calm around your presence and wouldn‘t bite the crap out of you.
