Yup, I will defend my vote for 3L because he was over the top and distracting, he constantly referred to other games and I figured he had been coached to study up, he seemed to know us all better than a newbie should, and back to point one he was distracting.
I am always glad to survive a night hit, so yes the hit on DD is odd. Seems like they either wanted to discredit anything 3L said or completely through us off. Also, as I said earlier this pick makes me think Dr. Gene may be a newer less experienced player, because I picked up nothing from DD that would have given me a PR vibe. "If" I were an evil I would have Hit HN or you, JL, because HN is playing low (and I always take out HN) and you are good at detectiving (not a word). I'll also toss in Mad because he is good at reading me.
I agree with your thoughts on 3L and like I posted, I was going to vote for him if he was still around day 2.
So if the evils wanted to completely discredit everything 3L said, then that means there might be credit to some of what he was saying. If it was just to throw us off, then there are much better choices. I am unsure if they thought DD could have been a power role, but saw nothing and have seen nothing that would point towards either way.
It is also hard to figure how much the evils are talking to each other. Some groups can be very active, while others are not. That is a big factor in how the game plays. I am guessing there is at least one veteran player. They had to be okay with the DD hit. In my opinion, it has to mean something. Either they thought she was a power role, was threatened by her, or used her to mislead us. I don't think it was random.

CT, I was just asking you where you fell on your playing evil or playing nice statement. I am guessing you are playing inbetween? Kinda just like an evil would do, hide in the middle.
To answer the "why would i be evil" statement. First, why not. We all have equal chance of being chosen to be evil. You have just as much chance at being evil than I do. Heck we both could be evil and this is just my way of distancing from you.
You (and everyone) has to prove they are not evil, by their actions. By voting for scum and helping the town find scum. Now a person can be too helpful, so there is a fine line.
As far as I can tell, you have done nothing to help the town.
As far as how I am playing, I am attempting to be helpful while having a hint of evil. I feel the more evil I appear the more the evils are willing to not hit me. Because I have a history of being hard to read, I am able to hang in there. I also am a nitorous skimmer and often make major mistakes and can find myself easily aligned to someone that I shouldn't be. Mostly because of skimming.
Skimming at one time equaled evil, but sometimes skimming just means someone is busy. See the following website for more info: www.get.a.life.com
As far as hitting DD, I would have hit ZS, Mad or maybe HN (if active). I can't help but think one of those three are evil. I would have kept DD around, because she is hard to read and often thought as evil. For now my vote stays on you.
well then, point taken sheesh we are both trying to protect the town so you have to be careful who we trust. It seems we are both trying to get the same thought across, i dont know about you but right now im really confused becuase it seems the evil ones seem to be hideing it really well. I do not wish to cause hatred between us but to be "friends" instead of enemies. but for now i still do not know who to vote for. \

G, curious to know why Z and I were teaming... if you consider it was because of my post which said something about wanting to vote for 3L myself after Z hadvoted for him, why would you think I was teaming seeing 3L's behavior as it was and is thus far in the game. Yes, there is excitement to be had for a new player but I guess being out of the past game and some intermittantly before that, I was never prepared for someone so post crazy..... To me, it sorta makes a case to look into LG.
I would bring LG up on the list.
