Yep that is a deer, although it should be hanging by its hind quarters to bleed properly. I for one will be going out to try and get my own on Monday!!
note the large "deer smoking oven" in the far right. looks like he'll be putting up an ad for jerky as well
Good luck with that! I like my deer meat on a grill. Nice juicy deer-steak and a glass of hearty beer. MMmmmm.
dang...i enjoyed munching on Bambie....a little boney, but, juicy all the same.....must cook for a little longer next time...
actually to take a humane look upon this... its just what he prefers to eat... and they are tasty BTW
If we did not have hunters the deer population would be out of control and become sickly. Typically the ones that get shot are the weaker/slower of the herd....we are a family of hunters and there is nothing like knowing exactly where your food is coming from; not some God awful filthy so called "farm". Besides venison is so lean and tasty!
In N. Idaho there is a great butcher that makes venison smokies (Brat size) Man do I miss those!!! :drool:
