Mafia #44 Christmas At ACville

I hope you post who you give the coal to before nightfall. You are going to have to call it close, because the evils might change who they hit.
 
What happens if Blitzen gets lynched? Does rb PM someone and have them choose, does someone else get the coal and they use it another night?

I am going to look at the order of events.

If Cat had not stated in the thread that he sent it to me, and I did bug him to name the person he sent it to, then anyone could say they sent the present to me. As far as I could tell Cat wasn't going to name me until shortly before nightfall. That would have been after RB's announcement. Also Rudolph needed to send in his protection b4 nightfall. Understand?


Haven't seen you or anyone in any chat room. But I think with all this "open the present" I'm getting from some of you, you sure would like me to join u.




Speaking of joining evils, I have a choice to make and hopefully it will be for the best...

I am Blitzen.

I have a tough choice to make tonight. I think I have a good hold on who some innocents are. I will let the town know which person I picked shortly b4 nightfall. I hope the person I pick is the same person they decide to hit and so we only lose one innocent, that's why I don't want to say who now, though I have a good idea who they would want gone. If nobody dies from being coaled then you will know I have been turned. Feel free to lynch me tomorrow and obviously the person I picked would be evil as well. Though I am an innocent I do not have investigative abilities. I don't want pple to just follow my lead. I want you to read the thread and come up with your own conclusions. They may choose to hit me now but better that than any of our power roles.

That said, I vote to lynch Dawg.

Plant my thought is this. Since you desided to come out with this statement. You now have a present in your possesion. If you open it youll either have an extra vote for someone we believe to be evil or you will be turned. If you kill an innocent yes we would lose a second one to your turning but if you are turn depending on the order of nightfall you may be turned back.

Thanks for the vote but I guess I was right last night. You were waiting for someone to vote for me first so you wouldn't look so bad when I come up innocent. I don't mind the votes because with all the crap that has gone on in here over the last 12 hrs it will greatly help the town to find out what I am.

Even if you are Blitzen you could already be evil if you sent your coal last night to the wrong person. This will be an interesting nightfall. I don't have any issue voting for JL but I would like to see a lot more input from Cat right now because the Town is very confused. I'm not sure if he can help us or not but hopefully two innocent brains working together can come up with something.
 
Assuming she is telling the truth...just want to talk through some numbers.


If plant gives coal to innocent:
-they die, we are down one innocent (essentially plant trading someone else's life for her own), numbers are 6-3.
-elves hit one more innocent, numbers would be tied at 5-3.

if plant gives coal to evil:
-she turns mafia, we basically lose one innocent but have a guaranteed hit for tomorrow night, numbers are 6-4.
-mafia hit one more innocent, numbers go to 5-4
-if we screw up and lynch an innocent, it is 4-4, (next night will be 3-3 with guaranteed elf hit on plant), if we get an elf its 5-3.

If we lynch plant tonight, numbers go 5-3.

crap i didn't think of that. would RB have posted it if the coal had gone through? something like, "Blitzen delivers the coal, and the evil elves descend and make them one of their own", enough to know that it had been done without giving any names away?
 
I am also assuming that since the order of events is lynch>coal, if we lynch blitzen then the coal fails to have an effect.

I don't know...I was wondering if RB would anounce delivery of the coal too. He did with the present so maybe.
