As I said in your other thread.... I think you are overstocked and did so too quickly. What are your Nitrates now? No offense intended. They are gorgeous fish.
You should have left the liverock in and had a FOWLR tank.(Fish only with liverock) The rock provides filtration and a host for bacteria. By taking the rock out you also removed alot of beneficial bacteria. Which is most likly the casue of the cycle.
The dead coral looks nice until you have to bleach it every 2 weeks, I would put the rock back in.
Also the puffer and the trigger wont get along well with the damsels, or clown.

They have gotten along fine for over a month. The damsels and clowns are actually bullying each other and leaving the puffer/trigger alone. I pulled out the aggressors and put each in their own bowl for a couple minutes then released them back in after i rearranged the furniture a couple days ago and their havn't been any problems since. There is still about 5 pounds of live rock in the tank btw.
HAHA it wasn't so much a time out as it was something i was recommended to do. I was told that if i pulled out the fish and rearranged the furniture, the passive fish could claim territories and the aggressors would find a way to fit in. it worked. Maybe i'm just lucky???
