silver molly having seizures????? help

So what is the actual conditioner called? And, some fish are just hardy and less shockable than others -- just like people.

You beat me --

According to the API website it only gets rid of chlorine - not chloramine, which is basically chlorine and ammonia put together.

well thanks for all of your help i really appreciate it, i think i just shocked them. :-(. i won't let it happen again, hopefully my molly recovers.... thanks again

Do you have anything else? AquaSafe, ChlorOut, StressZyme, TetraSafe, Amquel, anything?

? then how come the bottle says breaks down chloramine bonds? then what conditioner should i get? is there anything that i can do to save my molly

How is your molly acting? Does she seem to be gasping for air? Did you say she's at the top of your tank near the surface?

If it says that, then that's not the problem, as far as chlorine/chloramine goes. You put the proper dose in the water for the full amount. You want to dose the tank, not the replacement. In other words, you may only take out 50%, and put back 50%, but you dose it for 100%. 10 gallons, not 5.

Please, can you tell us what the ammonia and nitrite readings are, because these can be causing the distress.

well my red eye fish that died did seem to be gasping for air and didn't want to got to the bottom, my molly is now at the bottom of the tank and is looking a little better
