How to eliminate snails?

No, they won't harm your fish. You just need to control overpopulation by cutting down on how much food you're putting into the tank. Overfeeding is what lets the snails get out of control.

What is your cleaning routine? Gravel vacs?
 
Yes. Reduce your feedings and improve your maintenance. Beyond that, you can bait them with a lettuce leaf (or similar) and remove what you can. Unless you correct the underlying issues the problem will come right back though.

What size tank? What fish? How many? What is your feeding schedule?

Ok, slightly off the main topic, I believe you are overstocked. Tiger barbs need more room than a 20 offers IMO. Not sure what you mean by Dino zebra...

Again, what is your feeding and cleaning routine?
 
i think hes referring to Zebra Danios, and you're correct he is a little overstocked. those tiger barbs will get MEAN and something tells me the danios and gourami will eventually become food.

but as per snails, you can do a few things:

-bait them with lettuce/zucchini/snail jello and remove by hand as many as you can
-how big are they? if they are small (1cm MAX) you could probably buy a few ghost shrimp or rock shrimp to take care of them.
-remove some fish and buy a loach! i had a red-tailed loach in my 40g tank when my 10g broke out into snail heaven. switched him over and he finished them off in a night. there was a PILE of empty snail shells in the corner

Tiger barbs may stress the other fish to death, but they will not eat them live.

"A loach" is a bad idea for several reasons. First, loaches are social and active. A proper grouping would be needed and since the tank is already overstocked, it's a really bad idea. Also, a fish should never be used to take care of a problem IMO. Increased water changes, gravel vacs, more controlled feedings, and manual removal are what I would go with.
