Ok well you guys shot my thinking all to heck. and I see that faking not understanding the rules is a good ploy it had me thinking. Not saying Kashta intentionally did it or not just retracting my line of thinking on it.

Looks like you ladies were wondering this too while I was pulling the quotes for my comment about the same thing. In his case, I suspect TRS does it on purpose as a stalling tactic to buy time. The way it's worked out in the past, he's managed to get reactions to both votes he's placed without having to admit he's just lost or indecisive. Then by the time he gets around it confirming one or the other, he can already gauge how well each vote went over before deciding which one to confirm.
I'm not sure about your idea, Noodles, that he's saving Luv. But it's easy enough for us to backtrack and look at that closer too. I just wasn't suspecting him as being mafia at this point because he didn't seem very interested in the game (once he dealt with the power outage/etc.).

in Mafia 40 "Life Behind Bars," i was mafia, along with Ice and two other members. after reading through the thread once again to refresh my memory, i can say that Ice's behavior is a direct parallel to that of when he was mafia, and i can tell especially with a few of the last posts he has made. though i dont know really what he non-mafia behavior is, it may be different, it may be the same. all i am saying is i can see him being mafia because of the similarities between the two situations.

Kash, why the big sudden interest in the game? Are we getting too close to your buddies and you are trying to redirect us? Funny that you were nonexisitant before, but now all the sudden are posting up a storm. Is it because your time is closely coming to an end??
I dont know JM. I have played probly 10 games, most w/ ice and he does not change his play style based on the role....not saying he is not mafia, but not saying he is, based on play style either. I just dont think it is an accurate way to determine his role.....He is good. period.
its just something to think about. even between the mafia threads i have looked over, some players change their style.
We're just being defensively belittled. I liked JL for a vote, but I can't bring myself to really believe he is mafia at this point, being wrong on a strong player would be highly detrimental to the cause.
well Dope, your vote is currently on Kashta. What are your thoughts on the rest of the players? Let's say FD gets lynched and turns up mafia, who's next? If she turns up innocent, who should we look at next. You are obviously an intelligent person and your insight would be helpful to help save the town....
But think if the glory if you are not wrong. How can you like to vote forhim but not think he is mafia. That makes no sense.
I do agree I can never read Ice, he never change. I like when he gets mad. Slashes at everyone like a saxon warrior or something.
i think JL is a mafia and my vote will stay there.
there are 12 players left. one will certainly be hit tonight by the mafia, that leaves 11. We have only taken out 1 mafia player. It is probably 7-4, possibly 6-5; we are really getting down to the wire. we need to be accurate with the lynch tonite or the mafia could win the game by next nightfall....:wall:
