I actually had to move the pond since I was moving to a different house. This is where it's at now. So here's some before pics

Nice, good idea to put the cinderblocks inside the wood.

The weight of the water doesn't push out the bricks without mortar? Or is that the purpose of the wooden shell?

The media is just a bunch of Bio Balls, Lufas, and Seat Cushions Foam from a fabric store. I also use AC110 Media (Carbon and Ammonia Remover) in there as well.

Nope...the water stays in place. The wood helps with that problem and it also makes it look nicer
