Sorry for the pic quality, all I had was my cell, but you get the idea.

This is at a Chinese restaurant near my home. The tank looks to me like it is the same size as my 75 gallon, but could possibly be a 90. Regardless, it is HORRIDLY overstocked. The large Koi is easily almost 2 foot long.

They used to have a mix of fancies in the tank also, but it seems they are all gone now. Hmmmm, I wonder why?

It is. They are beautiful fish and oh how I would like to steal them all and find them a big pond somewhere....

It is fascinating to see that many of them at that size, but it upsets me at the same time.

Do they serve Fish Chow Mein at that restaurant by any chance?

Do people not think about how they would feel if they had to spend their life on a NY subway at rushhour? That's what they are doing to these poor fish... Geeze, sardines don't LIVE in the can, and if they did, they'd hate it.
