Anyone who uses "yeppers" in their vocabulary is suspicious! Yepper Pepper!

Another thing that seemed odd. Here luv implies that Jm post w/o a vote was intentional and possibly suspicious it seems, yet luv was the one to post right after Jm thus doubling there vote. IMO, yes it could very well be intentional but for a different reason. Try to follow me:
Two mafia could plan before they post for the day to post right after each other with the first "forgetting" a vote. Therefore one of the teammates vote is counted twice. This allows them to put another vote on an innocent. Instead of both people voting for the same person they can do the same without leaving any connections between them.
I think its farfetched for two teammates to plan this right away. But I think anyone who forgets a vote in their first post AFTER the first night should be a suspect.
i get to vote "tomorrow" though, right?
At the start of each "day" (including day one) each players first post of the day everyone (including mafia) must vote to lynch someone. You vote by saying (in bold)… I vote to lynch so and so.
You can't vote for yourself and you can't vote no one. You have to place a vote with your first post of the new "day".
If there is no vote, then that players vote will go towards the next post that has a vote. This will last until the next day

Question John... Luv snagged JM's vote so she gets two, with both of them sitting on me right now. Not saying she'll want to do this, but if she wanted to split the 2 votes between two people, is that allowed?
Also not clear what that "(or more)" comment means. How else would you weight a doubled up vote so it would count as "more" than two?
Wow I just noticed there is 32 players this time around.
I RETRACT MY VOTE ON KASHTA AND VOTE TO LYNCH FIRE DANCER
I'll go one step further on this tinfoil conspiracy. The chances are that an innocent will be lynched on day 1. I don't know the exact numbers, but if 75% are innocent then due to the overall arbitraryness (it's still a word, just ask me) of day one voting it's a better than average chance for a civilian to be lynched.
So, what if a mafia decides that he'll just throw his vote early on, not even intending to pass it to another mafia, but rather just to have a free pass for a day when statistics are on their side.
It's possible that there's way too much tinfoil going in in my theory though, I don't know these guys well enough to know if I'm giving them enough credit or not. If someone has a better sense let me know.
Wow. Discussion has picked up finally since I left.![]()
I guess I need to explain further my "being setup comment" since that seems to have been brought up alot.
I was reading through the thread this morning; all happy to have the game on again finally. I noticed that JM posted, but didn't put in a vote. Being my little hyper self, I quickly posted and captured his vote. Not two seconds after I hit submit, it dawned on me that his forgetting to vote might have been intentional. I mean, wouldn't it be a great mafia ploy to accidently forget to vote and then whomever claims their vote gets all the suspicious thrown at them?! I know JM is a good player. The whole vote thing was posted like a bazillion times in the sign up thread and on this thread. I didn't miss it.
I know the whole FD/JL thing has put me on edge. It never occurred to me until that game that people might intentionally setup other players. It worked beautifully in that game and everyone fell for it hook, line and sinker. It made me look at the game in a new light. I didn't want to get used so easily this time around.
Hopefully all that make sense and you can see where I am coming from. As far as whom I am going to vote for, I am unsure at this point. I am still leaning towards JM because it still looks like it was intentional to me. I just am not buying that it was a mistake. Could it have been? Yes, which is why I really need to think on this for a little bit.
i was not able to follow the sign up thread because i was out on college visits (thats a little more important than following a sign up thread for a game i think), so i didnt see any of these posts.Wow. Discussion has picked up finally since I left.![]()
