Ditto on the 90 bucks for a ten gallon!
Its rediculous... people buy tanks and then want the original price back!
I have made a bunch of people angry in my area by telling them there is no way I would pay the price they are asking.
I mean seriously, 1500 for a 130 gallon tank with some things... not even any useful things... ex. crappy brands etc

once in a while i respond to an ad on kijiji (it's like craigslist) and just let the people know they are asking a ridiculous price. once i called someone because they mentioned in their ad that the tank was less than 2 months old and they were selling the whole setup minus the filter because the fishes died...... not sure if my explanation of fish in cycling sunk into their grey matter, but their ad included the filter a day later, lol.
its not a bad deal, per say, i think you could hold out for a better deal. at least one with lights! as a reference, i got a 75 gallon with stand and lights +extras for 100 bucks.
I bought a 150 for $50.00 and there is no way I would pay $250.00 for a tank set up I can buy new for less than $100.
Good deal/Bad buy it's all relative to your area. Sure the general rule for used tanks is $1 a gallon but if it is the cheapest you have seen in your area then it is a good deal for your area. There will always be a better deal somewhere.
you are right it might be overpriced....but maybe they are really smart, and have this tank...and they know that someone will eventually pay that much money for it???? how about that? instead of jumping down peoples throats and calling them idiots and morons and insane how about we all give someone one quick chance.
