WTB Moss for driftwood - gona start a moss tree

I am looking for Moss to attach to my drift wood. I want to get it started on my wood so I can grow a moss tree of sorts. Anyone got a moss that would work well for this? Thanks. Arkangel77

flame moss is usually the best for this type of application. i do however have some java moss available.

Most mosses will attach to driftwood. I would recommend christmas moss or true taiwan moss since it branches outwards in thick fronds. Flame grows upwards which may look not as tree like.

I AGREEE ^^^^^^ willow moss, or peacock, and the true taiwan moss or X-mas moss is more of what you want ,. java would work, but teh few' will droop ever so nicley , look up moss trees in a google search , or even diff types of moss, and you can search pix of how they grow, and what they need to grow well . like java in my exp. likes colder water, but every tank differs I sopose. IMHO & HTH ~~ GL !!!

I have a few' diff mosses I can sell ya ,8.00 for one portion *(golball SHIPPED) 5.00 for each addition ball of moss . I ALWAYS send xtras ~~~

Pictures.....compressed, very compressed, I almost squeezed it too tight! Spread out on the paper plate and what the fronds look like. it's real taiwan moss and clean. $12 shipped. Just let me know one way or the other. I have someone else interested in it if you decide not to take it.

Phoenix moss is very nice as well, but I only have less than a golfball size, I don't see this moss sold much.
