wow... i mean WOW! no words... for the parents or the news... unbelievable!

on a side note i bet the kid was like :raspberry:... and then like "what do you mean spanking? :o"
 
I am so happy the found him safe and sound!!!
 
i bet that kid totally freaked out whent eh balloon went up and hid to hopefully not get in trouble. How stressful and embarassing for the parents!
 
Poor Parents!
On a funnier note, the kid claimed that he was hiding in the attic because his father yelled at him. he said this on Live TV. Ha Ha. his father promptly gave his regrets for doing so.

Stuff isn't making sense at all. The balloon was gonna be charged with 1mil volts on an egg timer to go off every 5 mins so the balloon could move left and right?? So, he had kids running around unsupervised beside something that was supposed to be charged with 1mil volts of current. Seriously, even if it isn't a hoax, the parents need to be looked into.

Also, they have been saying there is no way the balloon could have held the weight of the child and lifted off. They said it was a cardboard bottom for pete's sake. How would the dad really have believed the kid was in there?? Stuff doesn't add up. Stuff doesn't make sense.
