At this point, since no one is a confirmed innocent nor is there even close to a consensus, it's best to play as an individual. That is, unless you absolutely want to tell everyone your mafia-scum teammates

I skim the rules when I'm mafia, so he must be mafia too...

Going to be a busy couple of weeks here for me, but I still should be able to pull off posting more than the rest of the town

What if Rich was from the NYC mafia? He is in Long Island...it's all the same chance what team one is, if in fact they are mafia.

I don't understand why exactly you're "game" for voting rich. Sounds like a subtle push while still putting it off as the original joke.

I might be overreacting but still, I don't understand what then merits a vote on Rich over anyone else when "push comes to shove."

You know Pap that is the 2nd time you've come after me in less then 12 hrs. I took the 1st as a joke but this 2nd one seems to me that you're trying to get me lynched for no other reason then I'm not on your mafia team and you deem me a threat.

I don't get what you don't get about me being game to vote Rich. If you'd read the entire post and not just pulled a partial sentence you'd see I said if nothing reared its head. Why is a random vote so mysterious to you on Day 1? Would a better random vote be to just throw a dart at a list of names?

You don't need to worry about me voting Rich. I think something reared its ugly head.

The Rich Theory might hold merit if I were the MOD.

I'm not sure how Dawg chooses teams. But if push comes to shove and nothing else rears its head I'm game.

The fact that you say "I'm game" comes off as you are willing to join with others in voting Rich if there's no other option (of course), hence why I said it sounded like a subtle push.

If you think about it and the number 3 is correct we have a 65% chance he is mafia.

Same with every other player so I don't see how this justifies the previous thought.

Because it's not random anymore. No matter how you look at it, you just named Rich as a potential place to put your vote. You could also argue that Rich really isn't all that random seeing as he's been the only person identified as a common mafia suspect (however jokingly it was).

Say your vote, in theory, was random...if I were to come out and say, "unless I find a solid suspect, I will vote for so-and-so," how is that not suspicious? I don't see a random vote as being premeditated in any form...it's one thing to throw out a joke vote early or one late in the day because you have to.

My first vote was a complete joke because of some of my skimming mistakes last game and the other post was to get a clearer picture of what your reasoning was. You play it off as random, when it really isn't at all.

The lynch is not until nightfall. Don't you have some teamates that could help you out? It might be a good idea to read the rules or did they tell you not to worry about them?

I won't place a day one vote on a noob...
