Oh good.. we're in the game.
I would say the mafia picked Ice because he's good at this. The odds of actually killing mafia are terribly low right at the start of the game when none of us have anything tangible to go on. So the first gunslingler is likely to hit a townie... and that means Ice will die. That takes him out early so the mafia feel somewhat safer.

You should not shoot me because the shooting of me would result in your death as well as me becoming the gunslinger.
Since you're asking this of all of us.. I'll post an answer too. I wish I could help you identify a decent suspect, Ice, but I don't see anything yet that's worth taking a shot at. You're going to have to make a tough call with your turn as gunslinger. We're on the same side so I hope you don't target me... I'd much rather keep you in the game longer than that. It always takes me a while to get warmed up in a new game, too... so I'm in no hurry to become a gunslinger yet. It'll be easier to spot the mafia later on. So that's my answer from a personal standpoint.
Strategically.. I can't say I'm not a good choice though. If I'm mafia this time around it would be real good to get me out of the game fast. That's my strong suit... I'm a lot better at this when I'm evil. If I'm innocent.. it's kinda hit or miss still whether or not I'll have a good game or a sucky one.
Wish I could help more than that, but it's too soon for much more than this.

I found the black and white sketchy image and added the coloring. I like this one a lot... goes well for this game, I think.
Thanks for the compliments Ice but I consider you the most dangerous player in the game. Im not surprised you were chosen since odds are you will be dead within the 48 hours.
But I do think that shooting the lowest poster is a valid action if nothing better shows up.
You would be dead and then I would be stuck in the same situation. Since you listed me as a someone you believe to be a good player I would hope that you wouldnt take the chance of killing yourself then handing the reigns over to me...although the odds are better I would likely choose another innocent and die myself. Not a good move for the town.
Hmmm...Lab seems pretty confident that having the gunslinger role would be fun while everyone else seems to abhor the role. Is this because you know that you'll never be given the chance???
