Mafia 61: The Gunslinger - Game Thread

*sigh*

I wish Kash would have went with the rest of the town. Can't do anything about that now.

I still think shooting Razz, Agass, and Z is some sort of order will lead us to the win. If Lab or JB is the last mafia then I give up (not really).

It's 6-1 so shooting those three first wouldn't put us in a position to lose automatically if I'm thinking through this correctly.

There's no point in shooting me, but since it would clear my name it's fine with me. I will shoot Zsand if I get shot.

The mafia has to equal us minus the GS to win.

1 GS
5 Town
1 Mafia

if we miss those 3 it will be

1 GS
2 Town
1 Mafia

the next shot couldn't miss at that point. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

I'll be taking my shot very soon...

Posted this because I got a chuckle out of it as I was rereading.








I shoot...Zsand

So it came down to Razz and Zsand for me. Razz was the #1 suspect by the Town and Z was #2. I just have that sneaking suspicion as I did earlier in the game that the entire mafia can't be made up of low posters.

It seemed to me when I went through all my reasons for shooting Razz that many of them could be explained away by them being a newer player. Then I thought about being new and mafia and I think that Razz would have taken more of an interest in the game if they had a comm mafia role than they did.

Besides all the previous evidence and reasoning I had to suspect Z and the town had to suspect Z, I went and looked at posts from known mafia...

I bet he is was trying to get ice to hit sand because that would be a better trade off then having ice lead. Which is why I think you shouldnt shoot Z, and thats why i think he is innocent.

Z commenting on TRS being shot before Mad revealed his role...how did he know it would affect his ESP? he may have become the next GS for all he knew if he was innocent.

My list remains pretty much the same except removing the doubt from Dawg. My suggestion (based on self preservation admitedly) is shoot Razz and if he is Vanilla, Razz should shoot me. If it comes to that we will know the last Mafium is playing us all, I would then probably shoot Agass even though I'd rather Pappy take the gun. No one has really said much of anything about Pappy. I "feel" he has been acting as a Vanilla Townie would but I can't prove that. So if I became GS (assuming we are all wrong about Razz) I'd look at Agass and Pappy.

This line in bold tells me that Z is worried about being taken out. If he is innocent he can't be taken out by the GS...the GS dies. I interpreted these 2 posts as small slip ups by Z. The more I read posts from Z and the known mafia the more everything pointed to Z as mafia IMO.

Finally I have the added benefit of knowing that if I am wrong Z will take out Razz anyway.

It was a close call but all the small stuff added up on Z and put him over the top for me.
