What do you use to trim your plants?

What kind of scissors do you use for trimming your aquarium plants? I am curious because it's time for me to trim my hornwort. I guess I'll use the stainless steel (at least I hope that's what it is!) scissors for trimming your fingernails and such, like these:

I use a Hagan tong set. It's about 20" long and has detachable tips for grabbing and a scissor tip. It works great in deep tanks. I got it on clearance at petsmart. otherwise I think they're about $20. The scissor are stainless.
It lets you get into tight places.

Whatever I have on hand. I just make sure I sanitize and thoroughly wash whatever I use prior to entering my tanks.

Haha! I was going to go that route, but since terresterial plants grow better if they get pruned with sharp, clean cuts as opposed to getting crushed and torn....I figured the same would be true for aquatics.
