k... lots to go through, I'll try to answer what I can.
Of course, he may also be scum. I've always said you can't tell from his posts. That being said, my vote will not fall on FF tonight. I'm not sure where it'll go yet. I probably won't decide until after work tonight.
Ice makes the same point that I made about Labby misinterpreting FF's post. I'm not so sure it's twisting words as an innocent following her hunch, but it seems odd to me. Especially with how detail oriented Labby usually is.
Pap... I don't see how you can say this, then use his posting as a reason to vote for him. One minute you say you just can't tell, the next you say his posts are scummy... care to commit to a view point?
FF made some little slips... he basically called me and noods out in at least one post. Yes, to be clear I think he is playing much differently this game than last... and I'm happy to take some of the credit for that. :rofl:
The responses metioned have already been given, Pappy. I hadn't gotten to them yet when I made that post. I do think that FF has a tendency to slip up and give things away if you read his posts close enough. I think keeping him around could serve 2 purposes: 1) give us a better read on his role rather than jumping on a potential townie early and giving the mafia a head start, and 2) he may well slip up and give something away if he is mafia.
Last game, no, FF did the town no good. Again, I'd like to take at least some of the credit for that. The fact of that matter is that I'm a counselor and I deal with people far more challenging than FF every day. I also work with intoxicated people, so I'm used to trying to interpret nonsense. I don't think most of the rest of the players would have the same tact to deal with him and effectively keep him quiet.
TBH Pap, everyone is still a suspect regardless of their stance on the FF debaucle. But yes, I believe those pushing so hard at FF need to be looked at with careful scrutiny. FF is an easy target, and I think there's a good chance at least one of you (I'm including everyone leading this charge, not just you and labby) is taking advantage of this.

ok, read everything again and I do not like the way FF skirts around issues and seems to enjoy confusing people. The cat instance stuck out the most - in addition to the "role claiming/investigate me" issue that has been discussed at length. I was trying to look at things objectively and not join in the band wagon but I am the most uncomfortable about him at this point. I was a little hesitant when some seemed to be a bit mean spirited and hell bent on voting him out, so if he turns up innocent I will be looking there next.
For now I vote to lynch FF. It will be interesting to see what happens throughout the day tomorrow...........

JB-I'm referring to FF's playstyle which is different than the content of his posts. I meant he posts on a whim and says whatever, regardless of his team or connection. The content of his posts, which I find scummy, are a completely different matter. How vs. what, JB. I'm not seeing a huge distinction between this game and last, other than he's the center of attention now.
If we're sure enough that he's mafia should be to keep kept around for the purpose of slipping up teammates then I would think we're sure enough that we don't need anymore time to contemplate his role. Not to mention you're assuming he's already on a team.

So if you read games 65 and 66, why all the apparent confusion in your first couple of posts? Looking thru 65 and 66 you would have had to know that the objective of the game is to find the bad guys, right?
So why claim that it took you reading the first few posts of this game to figure out the objective, as if you're completely unfamiliar with the game?
I'm not assuming he's on a team, Pappy. I think I've been pretty clear that the only thing I am sure about with FF is that he's not communicating; and he's apparently not using his stickies. If you're so sure he's scum, then go ahead and keep your vote there. I'm not trying to convince you. I'm just saying that I think you all are misinterpreting the content of his posts, and I'm curious as to who's doing it on purpose and who's just a mislead innocent. I guess we won't know more until we find out his role.
