Mafia 72-Vampires game thread

While I agree a FF turn would be pure genius. The risk/reward is to great. Now couple that with the fact I would almost rather lose without him than win with him, and I say I'm not at a place I fell comfortable with that scenario.

I have been kind of holding off on this, but now maybe the time. Anyone else got a bad feeling about Chill's participation today? I only caught one post, which was something along the lines of Wiz's babble.

I have been thinking about that too but I have also been taking into consideration that chill might have to work. Now that we are getting into evening if we don't see anything or or seeing something suspect that I feel we could hold against. But I just want to make sure that I'm not looking at a lack of participation as a bad thing when it could very easily be they were at work.

Right, but you're at the same time calling the vamp team risk-takers and suggesting that they pulled the ultra-conservative "let's turn FF" move.

Is it really ultra conservative after all of yesterday trying to implicate him? If you look at nightfall after Kashta was staked, within 5 minutes of each other wiz and ice both voted for FF.

IMO, yes. You're talking about a group of influential guys who WANT to have a say in the thread and influence people. I find it far fetched.

I hadn't looked a whole lot at Chill, but 2H does make an interesting point.

I thought about it earlier but didn't want to mention it then. Thought I would give him a while to show.Another thing is I've been on a lot 10-5. Look back, he was always around a little while I was. Can't speak much for his 5-midnight. Just seems at this final point if he wasn't going to be on he would have maybe mentioned it.

Just got back to the game.

Whether or not the town wants to hear my input, I think there is something that you need to hear.

I was going over the scenario, you believe Dag, stake me, and the slayer misses a vamp.

Very dangerous. I checked back to the previous vampire game and here is a bit of info that might bear consideration.

We speculated the # of vamps. Ice a confirmed vamp said 3. that would mean 2 to start the game.

now I know why he wanted to continue and was confident of the win.

In the original vampire game, they started with 2 vamps. the difference is that in this game the GC got a hit, The slayer gets 3. that's 4 hits not in the previous game. since the bite is only 50/50 and not a guaranteed turn I would think LR would have balanced it a little more so as to be fair all the way around.

We have been assuming the whole game that there were fewer vamps than there are.

I vote to stake Dag.

One more reason to not believe Dag. This is a scum tactic trying to implicate someone that may be innocent?

Tell me Dag how many vamps are there right now?

Right now there are either 2 or 3. If you turn out to be Dracula there is only 1 other vampire now. If you are not Dracula that means there are 3 vampires. When I investigated you I only found out that you are a vampire, not if you are Dracula. The way the last nightfall was written, dracula let his subordinate do the biting meaning there is at least Dracula + 1 other, since JM showed after that to be only a regular vampire it means that Dracula is still out there. If you are not Dracula that means that there is Dracula + yourself + the newest turn out there.

Wiz, you are really grasping at straws here. This is a numbers game; why would Dag have come out and outed Ice, a "supposed" team mate when they only win by outnumbering the townies? It makes no sense for a Vamp to false role claim only to kill one of their own. They lost 2 last night with JM getting hit and you are desparate. The townies still have 3 PR's plus some regular townies - we are ahead thus in my opinion we have the luxury of lynching (staking) you to further solidify Dag's RC. Get over it. Short of a miracle you are a goner and your true role will sooon be made public.....
