It works great; plenty of light. I'm running 2 bulbs most of the time, maybe if I was a more competent aquarist I could get rid of the BBA and use all 3

if i may make some suggestions i would suggest a carpet plant and some non-green plants to liven some things up a bit.

I agree with coach_z. Too bad you got rid of the hygro, thats a real nice plant and when its under high light, it gets a beautiful red tint. i have the same hygro in my 2.5g fry tank with an 18w 6700k cfl over it and its all a nice red color now but mostly at the top leaves.
