CP terraium - Plants only

As far as I know, the best measurement to use for plants (aquatic or terrestrial) is PAR. Unfortunately PAR meters aren't cheap!
If you want some good reading on lights check this site out I found it very useful when I started doing planted tanks.

You know whats sad??? Im in this section of AC forums now and never go to the fish forums anymore lol. But then again its a bit depressing since I may need to get rid of nearly all my fish.
LOL you kidding I think this time last month I was under 1,900 posts now im almost at 2100 posts lol. This time last year I think I had only 1000. Im posting more and more now. Kinda happens when you try to keep up with multiple threads though. Nothing bad. Thats what makes this forum one of the best forums on the net.
I just like to keep up on the planted tank and freshwater section. Of course I have to stay up on what you CP fanatics are doing too.. But I to find myself checking the other forums less lately
