red dead is co-op, i would reccomend renting it first. all my friends love it, but I personally regret buying it. You should check out little big planet and mag, they look wicked cool. Theres also a new GTA style game coming out soon that looks sick, I think its called APB or something like that.

Renting is a good idea, I might just buy some pre owned games...beat's spending $60 for brand new
 
make sure you get a scratched waranty, I've blown 180 bucks on getting brand new CoD games which don't even work.... :(

The Motorstorm series are a blast to play. 'Motorstorm 3 Apocalypse' is the next in line to be released.

I'm guessing that is a racing type game? I want to get a few of those too, also rockband or guitar hero....they came out a long time ago and I still haven't got to play :thumbsdown:
 
red dead redemption is awesome!
It's like grand theft auto but set in the old west.
Endless areas to explore and so many side missions and main missions and great online play.
took me 72 hours to finish it.
 
I'm in the same boat actually. I have a PS3, but no games for it. I've been playing most of my stuff on xbox.

I'm looking for something that I can play with my girlfriend.
