Mafia 80: Ghost Hunters

got a busy day, if I get a chance I will check in later

You asked about why I lied about the time line. Bally answered that she is the one who called you on it not JP as I thought. The time line bally posted was the one I was referring to. Now If you would like to ask something instead of trying to divert attention go ahead.

Post #337 I outlined where Hay was wrong concerning the timeline and voted. Bally didn't mention it until #348.

I don't see what Hay is talking about that clears him in anyway. My 3 points still stand that his vote on Rich doesn't match up with what happened.

Hay, you never directly responded to my case. You instead tried the appeal to emotions card and went on about how you wanted to just help the town. Then you went after Wiz again.

I vote to take the soul of Hay

I'm feeling a bit under the weather and my schedule is packed today. Sorry I'm not much help but so far this is the best I have.

I am still curious about the FF-Tstorm ordeal. Lab seemed to think differently about it, granted she was scum. But it still bugs me that FF was so insistent that there was a storm and a few people seemed to think otherwise based on a weather report that may or may not have been accurate...also, it is interesting that the whole thing was brought up because NPR said it was a lie, despite the fact that all his posts up to that point were immature and unnecessary jabs at his brother.

well FF does tend to exaggerate and the fact that there was a thunderstorm watch could freak him out. If the report said T-storm warning Possible winds, hail, yadda yadda yadda he could assumed it was actually going to happen and wigged out.

Okay, Wiz... I'm calling shenanigans. We all saw yesterday how you "accidentally" blended FF's "succinct" post and his "well written one" to make him look bad. Now you've just gone to far with your errors.

First, you stated earlier in the game that you and I had never been on a communicating team together. Wrong. Think back to the Vampire game. I let it slide earlier because we were only on the same team for a day or two, and I believed you had forgotten it. I think it was you, Pappy, Ice and maybe Chill that turned me. But we did end up on the same team.

Now in this post you want to start the WIFOM BS:
Vote how you want, you asked I answered. Are you now clairvoyant and know what we are thinking?

Point to consider, LR was the first turn.

Let's consider who would have chosen her first. hmmmm.

As the day progresses I am sure there will be some posts made to allow me to make some pointed questions after work tonight.
Anyone who's played the game would choose Labby as a turn. She's an excellent player. IMO, this is you trying to take the heat off yourself by getting into more BS speculation.

And another error:
I have a question.

Am I remembering correctly, doesn't Hay usually let us know when he is leaving the thread to turn in?

The Australia thing always confuses me for time zones.

The reason I ask is this, we were discussing back and forth this morning, and I guess, it would appear he did not like the answers I was giving him then he just disappeared.

I understand JB's vote on me as that was where it was before he switched last night.

My question comes as it would appear, to me, that he was making an attempt to pick someone that he thought was already under suspicion and paint them as a liar. Seems it would be easier than picking someone random and trying to build a case.

I can see Hay picking LR as the first turn in that I believe the WW game was Hay's first game. He wasn't scum that time but as we learned from the scum den, LR did an awesome job with the two noobs she had on her team.
Wrong again, Hoss. It was Pir and Taysius that were on Labby's team in the WW game. I don't think Hay started until just a couple games ago. Trust me on this, I remember the WW game like a flashbulb memory with as frustrated as I was with the town in that one.

You're full of it, Wiz. Either that or you've slipped into some kind of waking selnility coma that's making you so foggy that you can't even see straight. Or maybe the ghost of FF has possessed your body... I don't know.

Suffice it to say that my vote will not be changing short of LG pming me the name of the murderer.

Now, as to those doubting my role. I fully understand. I'll state once for the record that I am and have been innocent from the start of the game. I also know that there's only one way for you all to be certain of that, and I'm fully prepared to take the lynch to prove it.

Well Lab was the change. So she was either legitimately answering the question or trying to drop a hint knowing someone would pick it up. Labs a smart cookie I can see the other as being a possibility.

Bally, can you clarify the bolded part above? I am confused as to what you mean by dropping a hint. to whom? for what purpose? The only reasons I can see for Labby stating who she would pick was either absolute honesty or trying to frame JB.....

Thanks, it was a looooonnnnngggg drive. I'm still not fully recovered from it.

I don't want to get hung up on the WIFOM game of who FF would pick, but I'd say he'd likely pick JB since he's been most successful of scum with JB as a teammate. That being said, he was also teammates with Noods one game when he was so successful as scum, and he's not mentioned her at all iirc. She's not had much input this game either, not sure if she's hiding out or what. We should poke at her and see if she pops...if she does, she's scum.

I find it interesting that Labby also points out that FF would probably pick JB if he was the murderer. So she names JB twice as a good choice for the first turn; I really doubt she would cast so much light on a team mate. I think she was really hoping that we would pick up on that and then proceed to build her case on him. Then she throws my name out there for good measure - two birds with one stone. (and yes, she is correct, I was on that team with JB and FF and we played an amazing game! :grinyes: )

Anyway, the net at work is still wonky and I get kicked off every now and then. :wall: I will do my best to check back in a bit, in between work tasks.....

Well Lab made that post after she had been turned. I thought maybe she was using FF's question to drop the name of who turned her. Lab's clever enough to do something like that, but also she is dedicated player that would be loyal to what ever team she was on.

The bolded part of this is dead on. If Labby's evil, then she's evil. She would not give up her own unless necessary for the good of the team. That was not the case.

Well there has been a lot that happened and I don't quite know what to say...

Nightfall wasn't great but great job Doc on the hit on Labby!

As far as Wiz and Hay being suspects, I could see either. I am tempted to go with Hay because I suspected him last night, but then again it was Ninja who screwed FF over... I admit he may not have ment to do it but then again if he is evil then it worked well... I could also seeing him pick Lab to turn if he were the murderer... As for Wiz, maybe it's just because I am reading it long after it happened but I am not seeing enough to push him ahead of either Hay or Ninja...

I am not going to vote now but depending on what happens over the course of day 2, I may just vote for either Hay or Ninja.

Speaking of Ninja, where did he go? I haven't seen a post from him since last night... I don't know his schedule but it's been awhile...

I'm here It took forever to read all the posting after i left.
