Good point...It would be wise to make sure Hay is second. I'm thinking at most there are three scum which would put us at 7 (I think townies). 4 on Bally, 3 on Hay and then the last three scum, if they want to can pile on whomever they want. Or they can join us if they would like. But I would make sure Hay, Bally, and Noods are NOT one of the 4 or 3 that we count since they cannot be trusted IMHO.
