I have read what others have said lightly but noticed your posts much more so noods because of how desperate you seems to be posting so no, this thought was all mine, dear.


so, still you ache on about my not being so available this game. So I explained the issues I had with my participation, but wait a minute, I believe you did at one time too. Did you see me going around trash talking about how crazy it was that you couldn't use the computer at Daddy's house? Nope. Did I go trashing off about how you had limited time while at Mommy's house? Nope... just took it as it was. One bad kid caught in between Mafia and school and home... and left it as that. Didn't even go on about your incessant rambling scattered all over the place here wondering why you couldn't focus some of that energy toward making passing grades... eh,, not my cross to bear and I am far done with school so there it is, not my problem, just unfortunate for you... so with that, PING, you just made my meter too... one who stokes too much over nothing has something of his own to hide... poor kid, you are so busted.

Busted? Not unless townies can be busted. I explained my issues, you explained yours. But i played the game, you posted about 3 posts ever game day, and 1 of those was basically "I can't play much" each day, and why. So, while i may have noted that i couldn't play more then you did, i also played the game more then you did. A lot more.

Ok, im going through the game to see if i missed anything, and summarizing the game.

Game On....

Games starts. Basically, a ton of day1 BS flows threw our mafia loving selves, as usual.

We could make speculations about how many scum there are. From the sounds of the rules, I'd guess 3 for each scum team. Would be a high ratio of scum though, at 35% of the town being scum. If there were only 2 on each scum team it would be less than 25% of the town as scum. Maybe 3 on one scum team and 2 on the other. Any thoughts?

Lab brings up the "lets guess the number of evils" which never works.

You're right, I just went back and checked. But there is no mention of it in the game opening post. That would put us at 4 and 4 for each scum team and 9 townies, or 4 and 5 on each scum team and 8 townies. At least we have an extended day 1 to sort through things.

Last games looks like 4 CIA and 4 FBI - I would guess we're up against the sane this time - seeing as we have the same mod

And this is the end of the main part of the "# of evils" part. But i think people look back to it later in the game.

Ok, lets straiten this out before our living situation gets people lynched again.

My dads house is Ninja's moms house. My dad is married to his mom. My moms house is about half an hour away from my dads house. I think Ninja's dads house is about the same distance away in the opposite direction. Right now, because i failed a single 10 point quiz in Chemistry (urg), he has not only taken my PC computer screen away, but he has also managed to shut down the internet to my mac (urg... again). So, im screwed. Right now im in school, Chemistry, where were learning about how metals are non-renewable resources and wood is (IDK what that has to do with chemistry). Anyway, from about 2-2:30 PM im offline, so do not expect anything from me after that time.

Not a whole lot going on except that I see FF is speculating about who the President is. Even though it is in a hypothetical conversation it doesn't seem like something an innocent would or should be doing.

Wow. It sure has been quiet around here, which is really not good. (I know, I have been quiet lately too) A see a nice old train is forming on me, which is also not good. It gives the scum a perfect place to hide. The town has become single sighted and this gives the scum an easy lynch while staying well hidden. We seem to be forgetting there are two scum teams. The FBI is of course shaking in thier trench coats but the CIA is having a great time!

At this point I vote to lynch Dangerdoll. She really has not put forth any of her own thoughts and theories, has popped in rather opportunistically to agree with someone else and then make a quick vote and leave. She has put more effort into making excuses then actually playing. I understand RL busyness as I also have been busy, but at least I have tried to look at a few players. I haven't necessarily been right on with my thoughts or "reads" but at least I am making an attempt.

I have a question for/about 2H. First of all, where the heck did he go? He is the only confirmed innocent we have and he is not around helping to root out scum at all. I also do not really get why he would only talk about one target per day; which he is not doing ATM; I can understand him not putting together a suspect list, as that may give too many clues, but there are quite a few scum left so it seems like he could help look at a few players without giving away the PRs or the confirmed townie that he found.

I gotta go for a bit. I had a really late night and am still on my first cup of coffee.....:coffee:

Ok, continuing from where i left off...

English isn't my strong suit...one reason I'm not at a Lib Arts college.

Three-four days of things other than AC and mafia for the most part

I plan on the rules that are posted in the GAME THREAD being final unless the mod changes them within the GAME THREAD. Ice hasn't clarified what the split actually is...so at this point it is all speculation. Ice certainly changed what he posted then compared to what is posted here. I never said that I checked it before the game started. I read the rules as posted. Once this topic came up I double checked as people said he wrote that it would be 50/50 rebels and innocent in the sign up. That is different than what is in the rules here, hence he changed them. My point is that he may very well have dropped that stipulation from the list because of the odd number of players and didn't want to spell out the split or for some other unknown reason. I do think he would have mentioned something but no one even asked Ice to clarify (unless I missed it) before throwing out names of people who didn't see the split in the sign up.

Again, I do not remember last game being an even split per se only that there were at least three of us. Two on a team isn't very common unless it is D1 of a team building game. Mods tend to follow that pretty evenly over the course of the games. Never once did I explicitly state that there were not four of us. You're putting words into my mouth.

And that was how many games ago? I cannot keep track of every game and how many evils there were. Not exactly something that sticks out in my mind anyways compared to being evil and dieing last. I did not check #9 and I even said that. I do not exactly have time every game to drudge up old formats. I answered the question best I could remember at the time.

Pappy defends himself from someone, i think its 2H or UN. IDK. Fail. Anyway, its a very large defense for that part of the game, just seems like an overreaction to me.

Sorry, Zaff. I don't see the OMGUS part. Noods didn't vote me, neither did she suggest I was suspicious at all. For that matter, I'm not voting her either and it's much too early to even lean her as scummy, particularly over something like that.

My post was to throw out my thoughts after reading from where I posted last. The main point being there's nothing to go on yet. We're just getting started. Now, if I were to make something of anything I've read so far, the only thing that may be worth noting is who low-balled the rebel numbers. That's a real sketchy one though as it may have been deliberate or it may also be nothing... so let's not get too carried away over little stuff. The actual scum players may still be doing nothing scummy at all and we're more likely to chase down fellow innocents by overreacting.

Look back at my post again, Zaffy. You're giving more weight to what you saw as the "bulk" of my post but that wasn't how I "weight" what I wrote. Actually, that was making points in descending order of importance. 1st (most important) - nothing to go on. 2nd (may be important) - a few people low-balled the evil teams. Then 3rd (Noods cutsey remark) - that was added while I typed as more of an afterthought. It just took up more room to pull the quote and explain what I meant so you all would know what I was talking about, which I guess made that part "bulkier."

Now, I can see how anyone else would think Nood's little dig has no bearing on this game. For me, it does so I mentioned it. And my reason for that was already stated in the post I made.

Precisely what I already said I think of that. It may be something; it may be nothing. That really isn't something to take into consideration all by itself. It may, however, prove worthwhile later on in combination with other things they say or do as the game continues.

So far, it's the only thing I've seen that could be interpreted as important. The danger in that though is if either of them are innocent, that's going to help the evils stay out of view.

It stood out to me because she directed the comment to me. I would obviously notice it more than someone else reading the same post since my name was mentioned when others weren't.

I understood why Noods repeated that as a quip last game after I backed off from voting her. She was evil at the time... just pretending to be innocent... and it was an effective way to "laugh off" any lingering suspicion about her I may have stirred up in the minds of other players.

For Noods to now carry this over again to another game made me think she'd do something just like that if she's evil. But she probably wouldn't have even thought of it if she's innocent. If anything, it's an indication of her mindset when evil vs. innocent. And Nood's game does change slightly based on what role she has.

Kashta, an innocent, aims at Noods.

Kashta, I made that remark as I was biting my tongue on posting RL details into the game. Apparently it is an annoying habit that I have so I am trying very hard to keep my RL details out of the game; not really seeing how it indicates my role in this game, especially since I have less then a handful of posts thus far.

Noods lets me slide. Between this and LG letting me slide earlier im surprised no one has accused me of being scum. IMO, they were setting me up for a possible lynch later on.

Pretty likely to change, but I vote to lynch TwoHobbies.

99% chance I'll change that or at least find another 2H slip, but that's just for my paranoia of UD.

You also would not have addressed this to me at all except in reference to the ghost hunter game. (That's where I gave you a hard time about posts like that. And, yes, you were evil and I was innocent.)

Had I given you (or anyone else) grief over posting RL excuses to explain away being absent/low profile in this game? No. People do that all the time. Others did that too last game (both innocents and evils) and several others were already doing it again here. So I didn't somehow draw the connection for you to the previous game. You came up with that on your own.

Blue Part: Now..... I mentioned wondering why your thought process went like that. And you answered by saying it wasn't anything but RL details are annoying to people? Okay, well, sure they are. But Noods, you actually did not address anything to do with why you brought up my name. What that leaves me with is a non-answer from you about this.... which is interesting.

Had I not stumbled onto something... telling..... I expected you'd write it off as a joke. I believe an innocent Noods would have done that... simply shrugged it off as being funny on Day 1. I even gave you that possibility as an "out" in the post I made. So now I'm starting to believe an evil Noods really was feeling antsy or jittery about being evil again AND posting RL reasons which takes you away from the thread again AND there must have been some nagging thought in mind that someone..... Have to say I don't really keep track of game after game, what I was each game, how many were evil, what the exact rules were from game to game either. I also look to the game itself (the one actually playing at the time) as to what the rules will be. Just because something is mentioned in the sign up or set up threads, unless they are in the game itself...really I don't think about it.
Although, I have to say something you said in here caught my attention Pap....you said "Never once did I explicitly state that there were not four of us" the word "US" at the end of that sentence just isn't looking to good to me.

Hmm, this may have been from day 1, but it doesn't make it any less true. US. Why US?

Ok, I can see your point...but would note it more as something to watch not really as "scummy" at this point, simply because she usually does state "silly" stuff and I've seen her do it (carry over from other games) as many players do.

LG protecting noods?

Again, Pappy... that's the whole point. As an innocent, Noods would've just been making a joke like anyone else might do. But in that case, she would've just said so... then possibily wondered why I made a big deal over nothing because she's just an innocent who was goofing around.

I waited to see how Noods would respond. Had she said that (which I expected she would), then I would have been satisfied that she was telling the truth and let it go.

Look back at her answer to me, though. It's actually more interesting than the original question... so I now think there is something more to this in her case, hence now deciding to vote her instead of dropping it.

Kashta definitely saw something in Noods. And Kashta was hit by the scum. Very very suspicious.

Can you please tell me how sweeping stuff under the rug helps the Town? Just like in real life when you sweep stuff under the rug eventually someone pics up the rug and finds a big mess. It's always better to get it out in the open and get a reaction than to let it sit. I agree there is no concrete evidence on FF but there is also no concrete evidence on anyone else either. My vote did start getting this game into more serious game play. I don't feel I need to keep my vote where it is right now. I will have to see something better before I am going to move it though.

It also happens that way when you shove everything under the bed :rofl:

Well Noods I assure you I am around reading, and rereading. I also understand why you, and or your team would like me to talk. That is exactly why I'm not, however I would if I thought the town needed my help. It looks to me like they are doing just fine.

As far as the one target per day, I realized after having to backpedal on Paps that even that idea of mine was flawed, so I stopped.
