Ok, a evils win when they outnumber townies. Townies win when evils are dead. And yes, if the evils turn Jack he serves them and they get hits and turns. Its still a 50/50 chance of getting 2 hits and its also a 50/50 chance of turning jack in the first place, so i think it evens out.

So the evils started out with 3 on their team then. They're already at 50/50 turn hit according to this post.
