the liver pate they put in combo banh mi is awesome, but I don't like liver otherwise
pork stomach (depends on how they make it.. if it's fried it's like any other junk food)
cow tongue (not a fan)
some people think squid is weird (I make it Vietnamese style, using the ink as a base for the sauce)
quail egg
Vietnamese drink of condensed milk, raw egg & ginger ale or club soda
lobster brains
shrimp heads (if it's fried)
roe
blood tofu
Oh and shark.
A lot of these things aren't weird depending on your culture. I'm very open with food, and I'll try pretty much anything but dog, cat, and human. And I won't eat things if they're still moving. I'd have to think about it if you offered me barbecued bull testes...
Almost anything can taste good if prepared properly.
