well i voiced my oppinion and my thoughts, everyone has there own thoughts and oppinions and such.. anyways i think this thread can get closed before anymore debates and such get into it.

You are free to believe what you want, but the research is there, I don't deal in belief, I deal in fact. Youtube and google have tons of research that shows Nibiru is real and the government doesn't want people panicking so they keep it quiet.

Why the heck would people panic? If you've ever seen the movie Armageddon with Ben Affleck and Bruce Willis (which is based on a true story, I believe), the people of Earth know how to deal with these things. :D

Nibiru was concocted by a women who had to change the date of this supposed collision when her first "prediction" passed without a blink of an eye.

Who do you think most people are going to believe?

I'd like to say the specialists, but there have been multiple religions that formed based on failed predictions (sometimes multiple failed predictions).

Although I will point out that the logic of "why would the government cover it up?" is silly. If they thought it'd cause panic they would cover it up. They've already basically said that they'd respond that way in the past. There have been documents that state that that is how they'd respond (when possible) to things like alien contact and potential disasters (nothing to say these thing have happened, but that they would respond this way).

The main evidence is that without an active attempt to move it, it is astronomically improbable that it'd hide "behind the sun". It is theoretically possible, but would require multiple (actually a whole lot) of extremely unlikely (like, 'hitting the lottery 5-6 times in a row' style unlikely) orbital paths to all happen at the same time. Basically it'd have to be a artificially created path, and at that point there is no reason to bother. If you can move a brown dwarf then there is no reason to hide.

What was that YouTube link about? It didn't link to any specific video offering any proof. I tried the first 3 videos, because I promised I would take any proof offered into consideration.

Am I supposed to believe the first video that begins with a photograph that was "supposedly" taken from a super telescope? Sorry, but "supposedly" doesn't serve as proof of any kind. "Supposedly" means that it while it could have come from the super telescope, it could also have come from any other source, including Photoshop. If you'll accept that as proof, give me an hour and I'll show you the clearest, most convincing proof ever that Nibiru exists...

Or is it the 2nd video? The one that shows a couple of stoners babbling incoherently?

Or the third one? A broadcast of what appears to be the popular conspiracy radio show "Coast to Coast", which includes a story about Nibiru ...and as a bonus, a story about "Reptoids", the reptilian aliens from the Orion nebula that plan on taking over the planet and enslaving the human race...

And Khemul, if you were addressing my thoughts about a government cover up, it wasn't my intent to argue that the government wouldn't try and cover it up. I was just saying that they couldn't pull it off if they tried.

But anyway, it's getting pointless to go back and forth like this. I haven't been posting in an attempt to be argumentative, so much as I was hoping to get those who believe in things like this to actually begin checking their sources, and thinking logically and scientifically about the "facts" they are willing to accept as truth when they are faced with wild claims like this. I was hoping that rather than just sending links to sources that don't prove anything, they would do enough research to either provide actual scientific evidence from a reputable source, or if none is actually available, question why they are willing to believe it without any real proof. But that's obviously not going to happen, so I shall speak of Nibiru no more in this thread.

So, about dreams...

I think the most vivid dream I ever had was of a nuclear bomb going off along the Oregon coastline, the mushroom cloud visible from my house 50 miles inland, and the shockwave strong enough that it broke the front axle on my car. I remember it being so vivid, that when I woke up I actually went out to my car and drove it around the block to make sure it wasn't busted. I didn't necessarily believe the bomb had happened, but the concern for my car was vivid enough for me to check, just in case, lol

Exactly my point Hollywood imitates real life. the government kept it quiet in that movie too. As well as the documentary Deep Impact.

I had my suspicions, but since I don't know you that well, I wasn't positive until that last comment Zaffy, lol

So, which bridge is yours?

Guess that was more directed at jpappy then you.

But I do agree that it couldn't be covered up. Even if they somehow were able to cover up evidence of the planet itself, the orbital path of half the solar system (including planets and moons) suddenly changing would be rather difficult to hide.

Not if you have my super dooper gravitational displacer machine.....made from REAL tin foil.....

zaffy i love the movie deep impact, infact i got alot of movies that deals with world endong and alien invasion, but no this dwarf star isnt going to be causing the world ending castrophe..... world isnt going to end. they say the east coast hasnt had a hurrican this bad in 100 years, same with the earthquick... my theory is that this dwarf star has somthing to do with it.

Unless it's from someone even more powerful then you.... who knows, if there really is tech to both move AND hide a brown dwarf, then there is likely tech to both move and hide even larger stars. Possibly even tech to hide/move systems. Another reason to hide: if I was an alien species I would observe a new species I would observe them in their natural enviorment, without revealing myself. What if this supposedly primitive new species turns out to be a powerful species hiding as weaklings, and of course, what if you decide you don't want to talk to them? Best they never knew you existed. That's assuming A) Niburi is real, B) Aliens played a part in moving it, and C) they would want to hide. I do not beleive in any of these things.
