I prefaced the vote with for the moment. I was fully expecting to move it and was watching the thread very closely with my retraction all ready to go right up to night. It was never about a vote for DD but I did want to see what others might do with that vote.

Curious about your wording: from my "recent" posts? Is ther anything in my earlier posts he could use?

So who would you have switched to instead and why did you ultimately stay on DD if there wasn't any reason for the initial vote?

I don't see anything that would have Wiz leaning you innocent from less recent posts, which were mostly banter.

That is not what I said jpapp, I said dawg voted for DD to look like he was innocent. No reason to jump onto an innocent close to night but stay on your own player to lessen the chances of any heat.

Fine, fair enough, but also you say if FF were scum he would of moved his vote. I would of thought he would of done that anyway innocent or scum, don't you? Do you know something we don't here dawg you seem very convinced the mafia were "confortable" with the vote being tied.

So why would DD vote spence to save him (which doesn't make sense), and then have Dawg not break the tie and vote somewhere else? Thats a pretty lame attempt to save a teammate.

I wasn't going to do this, let all of my suspicions be known at once that is, but since JP kind of forced my hand by asking me directly let me answer you with no.

There is nothing in your previous posts that I can use to lean you innocent. You have not posted much of anything other than your one liners.

I was leaning you innocent with reservations meaning I would keep an eye on you to see if your play picked up to categorize you later. It is my own way of trying to narrow down the number of people to look at till I can get some kind of read.

It is hard enough to get a read on some of you but when looking at 20?

I would be interested to see if you do decide to actually help the town though.

Then why categorize him in the first place? Your decision to include Chill on your "leaning innocent" list still makes no logical sense other that you just took whomever voted DD with you and added spencer because you still believe that he is innocent without any solid proof.

Question for you wiz. Why is it that every time you are questioned you bring up the fact that you thought the scum liked the way thing were going last night and that an innocent would be lynched? even though you were correct don't fall back on it like it makes you a guaranteed innocent. The more you rely on your accomplish ments and not your game play the more scummy you look to me. plus maybe you are scum and you knew the two on the block were innocent and you just wanted to look good.

I am basing my thoughts not on their posting, but on the lack of posting from everyone else. It gives me an uneasy feeling when the scum are not active this close to night. The majority of the time it means we have two innocents up for lynch. You should know this by now.

That is true, we do have a few players than can be quite vocal when scum and get away with it. Not very many though.

To be honest, I think FF is there because he is FF. He thrives on being center stage and that gets him lynched.

I think Spence is there because he is a newb. I would bet he hasn't read any games prior to this one and did not know what he was getting into.

If I am wrong I would be extremely surprised.

That is why I voted FF to begin with. The apparent satisfaction with how things were going lynch wise is what started getting me nervous. I would be much more comfortable if the scum were scrambling.

However, with the number of viewers this thread has had all day, and the relative low posting, I don't think they are the least bit nervous.

Should we start calling you DD Jr? it is 8-7 with FF taking the honors.

Doesn't it bother you at all that it has been as quiet as it has so close to nightfall?

Doesn't it make you even entertain the thought that maybe the scum are liking how things are going?

If the scum are liking it, then it stands to reason as JB said the possibility is there that both are innocent does it not?

these are but som eof the few times where you were questioned and gave "why are we talking about this we should be talking about how the scum are liking this nightfall." If i quoted everytime it would take up a whole lot of room on this page. your like a republican when the democrats wanted to talk about the debt sealing. you would say "why are we talking about this when we should be talking about jobs" It made you look good but nothing got done did it.

It's nearly morning.

One guest sits alone in her room brushing her silky hair while considering the night's events. Worried and jumpy, she chides herself for spooking herself by imagining she caught a fleeting glimpse of light in the mirror coming from behind her.

Unable to set her mind at rest about it, she moves to the window where she observes dark storm clouds building in the distance. "A bad omen?" she wonders... then instantly hopes the mere act of thinking that doesn't tempt fate to make things worse than they already are.

Well, it wasn't really a dark and stormy night, not exactly. More like a dark and stormy late morning or early afternoon. But timing isn't always everything and the disquieting mood was nearly the same.



Shortly after the bad weather arrived and the power went out, everyone was left in the dark at a time when it should've still been bright and sunny...



at a time when the birds outside should've been singing, and...



at a time when many guests had gathered and were sitting in front of an enormous high definition television in the Mayor's super-deluxe home theater media room (with full surround sound) in eager anticipation of the nationally televised kick off to their all-time favorite team's NFL football game.

It was not to be. And no one had any idea how long they would have to wait before power could be restored.

On a brighter note (pun not intended)... Bartholomew approached the guests about that time and from who-knows-where he disappears to whenever he's not around.... being just as attentive and helpful as ever. There was good news after all....... the mansion was well stocked with a large supply of candles.
