I'm going out of town for a week I was planning on filling a syringe with the frozen food my fish get and keeping it in the fridge to have my sisters feed my fish once or twice while I'm gone. That way it's pre-portioned and they won't over feed. My lights are on a timer.
Well, I don't really know if it will be an issue.... but I do know that I would watch it and keep a size log. If it gets larger, I would get concerned about it, if not it could just be a tiny coloration difference.
I have never kept a leather long enough to know about them. I don't think toadstools branch but it could just be new growth. Could also be where the coral has been cut in the past. I wouldn't be too concerned at this point and just keep an eye on it. If you start to see tissue loss around it, it might be a good idea to dip the coral.
So everyone has survived the vacation. The only issues I have was my razor caulpera has taken over. Manual removal is going to be constant I was looking into things that will eat it such as a sea hair or a sea urchin.
Macros in the display can be a pain sometimes. Not sure if an urchin will eat it or not but if anything did I would say those would be the guys that would.
