Only issue is that in terms of team building they would be risking the chance that all those "best players" are actually scum. If they are innocent then they know roles, sure, but it doesn't help build their team. It's probably the least risky strategy but not perfect.

AFAIK, there is no perfect strategy. if there is i'd surely appreciate some enlightenment.
