I can't seem to find any anywhere! Every good fish I see, be it tetras or danios, nip fins, or are only an inch big and will be eaten by the rest of my fish! Or, they don't even school! With all the fish species out there, there has to be a good fish somewhere! Please help! I'm so frustrated!

I have Rasbora Espeis, nice fish don't seem to bother anyone.

But remember that even schooling fish don't
always school. The purpose of schooling is to evade and confuse the enemy. If they feel comfortable, they won't be so apt to school. It would help also to know how big your tank is, and what other fish you have in it.

Schooling fish will swim in tight formation, making movements almost in unison. When they agree just hanging out, facing different directions, buzzing around as individuals, then they're just swimming together.
At least that's how I understand it.
