Bummed! Just go a shipment of dead fish

So I orded fifteen shellies from a guy and just recieved them from the mailman. Im just sick! every single fish was belly up. This is the fisrt time I heve ever recieved dead fish. It was heartbreaking. I have their tank all ready for them . Bummed!!!!

No cold packs in there , no breather bags . I would rather not say at this time who I got them from. but it wasnt on this site it was on a shellie site. the fish were L.ornatipinnis I hope the guy will make it right. If not My loss.

Sorry to hear that!!! Bought a group of shellies last fall, even shipped the guy all the supplies to ship them to me correctly!! Let's just say they didn't come to me the way they should have been packaged and no where near how I had shipped fish to him.

well he refunded my money . but I am so sorry for the fish. I told him maybe a cold pack and breather bags would have helped.
