Another question is why with less then 4hrs are there only two votes? The rules don't say that you can't retract. Just that you only get one chance.

My reason for questioning AAF was that it seemed like he knew ahead of time that FF was going to place a vote on him, possibly as a distance vote for later...that's probably too strict of an interpretation of his wording, but I figured I'd at least ask.
Not much has transpired on this D1. I'm not sure what to make of Neph and Coler's interaction based on my post either. I will admit it was a bit odd that Neph turned it into a compliment, but I'm going to hold off on my vote until hopefully something a bit more solid comes up.

It has been slow, I am not sure who to vote for either, nothing at all to go on. I have to vote by 6 since I may not make it back by 8.
I'm in a different timezone to most of you folks and its ticking along here on Sunday evening so I'm going to vote probably in the next hour or so and will not be around for nightfall.
In a nutshell my summary of D1 is that it pretty much blew. Sure, D1 is mostly a crapshoot for the town but I cannot remember a D1 that was as quiet as this. That's basically unlikely to be good news for the town.
I'm currently considering FF, AllaboutFish and Nepherael for my vote.
-AAF for the slightly odd/stilted responses to japppy's query
- FF for the vote and for not answering direct questions thus far.
- Neph...I just don't know if you were not quite opportunistic in jumping on what jpappy said, while 'cuddling up' to him with a compliment but ultimately promoting what he said into something it wasn't.
My other thought is that there is probably at least one scum who's made posts in the thread but which are totally non-contributory just to keep appearances up. I'm going to just read through one more time and I may pick out the best candidate for this and vote them instead.
