Do bushy attach their eggs to roof of cave, or do they have just a clump??

I think I see a cluster of eggs in my BN cave. The male guards them, but they look like just a clump that he moves around.

It is on the floor of the cave and he is "sitting" on them, and they look like a clump.

They clump, he fans and cleans and boots bad ones. Pleco dads are great parents. Let him do his thing, you get to watch and enjoy.

Thank you. I hope a few survive (with 4 big angels roaming the tank).

I had two massive angles in my tank and everyone left the eggs alone, its really as soon as they hatch that you need to be concerned about. I had about 15 survive the first time mine bred, but my holding tank was broken so when I got up the next morning to go and buy a new one, only one of them was left. if you have a spare tank lying around, try and pick up the cave leaving the water in it if you can and put the cave with the eggs in it, in another tank. Then when they hatch put the father in there with them as they will stick with him for the next two or so weeks.

No spare tank. The other tank is even worse, a school of VERY Large Bleeding hearts. They ate almost the size of my angels and are faster.

Maybe the next batch. Will see how this batch works. My BN may have bred before with no survivers (I do not know). The BN have been there a while now, but I just resently added a cave.

They have hatched. All still have a yoke sac, but clinging to the roof of the cave. The dad is still with them.

HUZZAH! Grats, Shannon!

LOL, my name is Jessica. Shannon (or Maggy) is from the TV series Lost. My favorite show (too bad it is over) :(
