Bullying

All of my labs (even the females) gang up on this one male, in my opinion he has the most distinctive coloring he has jet black fins and a bright yellow body. He is a little smaller than the others but they reaalllyyy pick on this guy and chase him around. He doesn't really get much time to settle nor does he really eat...
Should I remove him from the tank and let him grow?
Here is a picture - Does he have a disease?

Should I isolate the bully victim? It's not like I can get rid of the bully because the all attack him.

Try creating more hiding places. How big is the tank? Maybe add a few more fish.

The tank is a 55 and there are plenty of hiding spots. But the more dominant fish just chase him out of wherever he rests. There are 6 of these guys. Here is a pic of the whole tank.

The typical Mbuna setup has more rock work than you have. Maybe you should add more to create territories. BTW, if the wood is real, check your pH; Malawi cichlids prefer alkaline conditions.

Yea i know but the wood is such an insignificant ph difference and the pleco loves it. The ph is fine, maybe i will add more rock.

Insignificant pH difference? Really? I added one small piece of driftwood, and the pH in my 10 went from 8.2 to 7.8. In my 55, I need to recheck the pH because it was 7.4 with 3 pieces of wood, but it's where the small piece of driftwood came from. My tap water is 8.2.

I think they could definitely benefit from more rockwork/hiding places. Some examples...
