Can you put ammo chips in a wisper filter?

whisper uses bag filters that you fill yourself, so i would say yes, you could use it in place of charcoal or with charcoal, but a properly cycled and properly stocked tank shouldnt need chemical means of ammonia removal.

Cant you just put in in behind the bag?

I dont have alot of time to do water changes. I just want to use them so I dont worry that they are suffering when im short on time.

Zeolite loses its usefulness after time, so you'll need to either replace or recharge it eventually. It's also a PITA to get out of a filter unless it's in a bag of some sort, I tried that once and never will again.

I have a whisper 10 that uses those bags, all you need is the filter bag and insert the frame. Thats it, with proper cycle and water changes your water should stay clear without those other things inside of the bag.(if you want to make sure your getting all the solid waste, just stuff some filter floss in the bag with it)

You don't have time to do water changes? Water changes are part of the hobby and not having time for them means you should find a new hobby.
