Snail Identification

A number of snails came with the live rock I added to the tank, they all have a flat, oval shaped shell either white or brown in color, and are 1/4 inch to 1 inch in size.

I have a few pics:

The last pic is a white shelled snail with a green spot, right above the red algae. (Yes, thats a very reclusive coral banded shrimp in the crevice.)

They seem to be great algae eaters, but I was just wondering, what kind of snail are they? Abalone seems to be the closest...

Also, are there any unforeseen problems they could potentially create?

There are more and more popping up. Will overpopulation become an issue?

yup he nailed it! they are actually related to abalonies but only get to be about 1/2 inch max in size.

Cool. They seem to be good cleaners, so im happy with them.
