Well just sat down and on DiscoveryHD a show was on called "Targeting Terror". It showed some of the latest hi-tech stuff on anti terrorism. Well seems what there working on are monitors capable of identifying a person by an image of there face - even with different facial expressions. Try covering your face to avoid recognition - it alerts security. Theres also another program their working on to be able to recognize a person by their walk. Even if ones legs are mostly covered like with a long trench coat for example. Other forms of pattern recognition like identifying were all maintanence workers are around planes in an airport and recognizing if their following their normal patterns, fueling, loading cargo, etc.
I have finally given in that 'Big Brother' to some extent, is inevitable. At least in the U.S. it seems eventually they will be able to pretty much track each and every person.
Of course its to cut down on terrorism right? What a crock. If they have studied and captured ones 3d image and they way they walk why arent they already in custody? I have a hard time believing this will be solely for anti terrorism and if it would really have had any effect. What, does it erase the record if a 'normal' person is identified?
