Something new growing on LR, heathly?

Just found these little things growing today, not sure how long they have been on there but it couldnt of been more then 2 days ago, as im sure you all know we inspect our tanks daily down to each grade of sand :grinyes: heres a couple of pictures, maybe some help if these are considered bad, thanks!:help:

PS. they are a light green/yellow in color.

Looks like sponge to me.
 
Yep it is a harmless filter feeder. Good to have in a way, helps filter your water.
 
Is sponge something that is considered healthy? Weird considering it just started growing on its own.

I've had my tank and rock 3 years and I've started having some appear as well!!
 
Yeah, i guess it is pretty cool having something new randomly grow on its on, must be a good sign though, good thing i always keep my tank healthy:headbang2:
