So, is Petsmart good or bad??

So many ppl complain, like 3 "Horror stories" a day, it seems like that deal might aswell be on at Walmart, im not near any petsmarts...

I just happened to notice when I was in there. I was picking up some battery operated air pumps.
Petsmart is OK for getting online prices and going to the store to get that price for what's on the shelf. Instant gratification. I don't really think I'll be getting any fish from them anymore at any price. Too many casualties. The last time I got fish from them I tested THEIR water and the nitrites were .50!

We just bought 2 elec. yellows at pet sm., about 2 inches and doing well, ours is nicely kept and the fish people seem on the ball, the RATES were 0 when i tested the water in the bag, yep 0 .....
